    Board Chair; Director of Solution Sales, Microsoft

    Vincent Benjamin is the Director of Solution Sales at Microsoft where he leads a $500M business enabling digital transformation in the financial services industry. Before coming to Microsoft, Vincent was a senior leader at App Annie, the venture capital-backed mobile app startup company following a decade in the finance industry at Wachovia, Barclays, and Bernstein.

    Yasmin Cader

    Deputy Legal Director and the Director of the Trone Center for Justice and Equality, American Civil Liberties Union

    Yasmin Cader is a Deputy Legal Director at the ACLU and the Director of the Trone Center for Justice and Equality. In her 30-year career as a civil rights lawyer and public defender in Washington, D.C., New York, and Los Angeles, she has been at the front lines of the fight for racial justice and brings a unique perspective and creative vision to addressing the most important issues facing our country. Prior to joining the ACLU, Yasmin was the co-founder of Cader Adams Trial Lawyers, a women-owned litigation boutique in Los Angeles.

    Vladimir Estiverne is currently Vice President of Strategy, Corporate Development and Strategic Investments at Foot Locker, Inc., a leading global Footwear and Apparel consumer company with digital and physical presences across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Vlad is responsible for investing in early and growth stage companies, as well as portfolio development on behalf of Foot Locker, Inc.

    William Gorin

    Senior Counsel with Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton

    William Gorin is senior counsel with the law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York, where he practiced from 1978 to 2013 (including from 1986 to 2013 as a partner) and focused his practice on corporate law with a specialty in domestic and international financing and business transactions and corporate governance.

    Alan Myers is counsel to a family, advising it on business and legal matters. He recently retired from his position as a partner at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP, where he focused on corporate law with a specialty in mergers and acquisitions.

    Director of Product Management, Mastercard

    Kat O'Brien is currently a Director of Product Management at Mastercard, where she is focused on Go To Market activation and commercialization for a new product titled Bill Pay Exchange.

    Amy Redford

    Actress

    Amy made her directorial debut with The Guitar, starring Saffron Burrows. Amy has recently directed an episode of Law & Order: SVU. She also recently shot a short film called DeLiVeRy with Ethan Suplee and Lukas Haas. Upcoming projects include the features : Phoenix, The House that Jack Built, Claude and the Birthday Cake (which she is co-writing with Jude Falaise about growing up in Haiti in 1963) Songbird about the singer Eva Cassidy and the television series DICK. She is also co-creating the web-series The Royal Hotel with Deirdre Lewis, featuring various artists stepping out of their established Genre’s and mediums to create new work (produced by Tina Elmo and Sundance Productions)

    Richard Roberts is Managing Director of Acquisitions for Red Stone Equity Partners, LLC assisting in the origination and management of developer relationships in the Northeast and the development of new business strategies for the firm. Richard has an extensive career in affordable housing and urban market investments having worked in these areas for over 18 years.

    Sara Stuart is an experienced fundraising and communications professional, and nonprofit executive. She joined The Opportunity Agenda staff for a year as Interim Chief of Staff, a temporary position. She has been the Director of Development and Communication at Equality Now, which works for the protection and promotion of the human rights of women and girls around the world.
