As Director of Human Resources and Operations, Erika oversees functions which include: the administration of organizational policies/procedures, employee performance management, employee satisfaction/engagement, training/development, legal compliance, contract engagement, vendor relationships and organizational accounting/finance, among other activities. As a member of the senior leadership team, Erika is also a member of the Steering Committee’s Finance and Operations Sub-Committee.
Erika brings over 15 years of management in administration and human resources. She is a SHRM-CP (Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional) and holds an M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with focus on human relations and organizational development.
