As the Office and Human Resources Manager, Erika oversees the administration of policies, employee compensation and benefits, onboarding and professional development guidance. She manages contracts and vendor relationships and ensures the accuracy and timeliness of accounts payable and receivable activities.
Prior to joining The Opportunity Agenda, Erika worked at NYU Langone where her responsibilities included conducting employee engagement surveys, implementing recognition programs, and coordinating staff training and development.
Erika brings 15 years of management in administration and human resources. She has a master’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology with focus on human relations and organizational behavior.
