The Opportunity Agenda envisions a nation in which culture, policies and lived experiences support and reflect equal opportunity for everyone.

We ground our work in aspirational values, we collaborate deeply and broadly, and we work on an evolving set of issues, focusing on topics that combine immediate opportunities for tangible progress with the possibility of long-term systems change. Our work is deeply intersectional and organized around three main initiatives – Criminal Justice, Immigrants and Opportunity, and Economic Opportunity – through which we further our commitments to racial justice, human rights, gender rights and LGBTQ justice.
